To keep our clients safe, we abide by health and safety measures for our drivers, clients and the vehicles they travel in.

CHATS (North of Steeles)

Drivers

Drivers in CHATS iRIDE vehicles are required to wear a mask.

Clients

Clients in CHATS iRIDE vehicles are required to wear masks. Clients showing any signs of COVID, flu, etc. are asked not to travel and to reschedule their drive.

Circle of Care (South of Steeles)

Drivers

Masks are optional for drivers in Circle of Care iRIDE vehicles. If a client requests that their driver wear a mask during their trip, the driver will comply with that request.

Clients

Masks are optional for clients travelling in iRIDE vehicles.
